Bookings and Deposits:

All mapping and dyno works are subject to a 50% deposit to be paid on booking to secure any date and slot.

All service and modification works will be subject to a 100% material cost deposit fee to secure booking and prior to any material being provisioned for task accomplishment.

Cancellation of Mapping and Dyno work:

Cancellation of mapping and dyno work within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in total loss of deposits paid.

Cancellation of mapping and dyno work within 5 calendar days of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% loss of deposit paid.

Cancellation of service and modification work:

All material cost deposits are non-refundable and the material will be provided to the customer upon cancellation. (any shipping fees will be at the customers expense).
